We strive to provide complete customer satisfaction related to the products and services offered directly by ProPMO Services or through our sellers. In the event, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, our cancellation policy will be as follows,
1. Order cancellations are entertained for genuine reasons such as placement of duplicate orders and shall be reviewed by a designated officer
2. Being unable to receive the services ordered during the timelines and appointments for service delivery cannot be moved to another date by the seller at all
3. Services and Products not matching to the quality expectations. Refund of the money shall be as per refund policy

4. Physical products, once ordered cannot be canceled unless it satisfies condition 1 stated above

The refunding is initiated after evaluating that the reasons provided by the customer are genuine and proved after an investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product your purchase. Following is our refund policy:
1. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution by the designated officer, you may escalate the matter to the grievance office of the company
2. Any requests received one week before scheduled services delivery shall be considered for refund up to 90%
3. Any requests received within one week before the service delivery date shall be considered for refund up to 65%
4. Any requests received during the service delivery date shall be considered for refund up to 50% only and proportional to the amount of service delivery pending

5. Any refund requests on physical products shall be entertained only if it satisfies the return policy and replacements cannot be offered by ProPMO or sellers

ProPMO takes the responsibility for the quality of services delivered by our consultants and in case the orders are fulfilled by our sellers, then the liaison from ProPMO shall mediate between the customer and sellers and resolve the issues amicably.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Following is our return policy:
1. In case the physical products supplied is in damaged condition, ProPMO shall arrange to replace the product after verification of the complaint received at no additional cost to the customer
2. ProPMO shall arrange to return pick up of wrong products delivered and delivery of exact products ordered
