PMbuddy Mentoring – Advance

We will assign an expert mentor for you as a PMbuddy. Your PMbuddy will guide you to learn and adapt the best practices in project / program management. The mentor will help you define your goals and guide you to achieve those goals. This guidance will help you to succeed in your certification and excel in your day-to-day job. The mentor will help in identifying the right tools, techniques, adoption of technology or dealing with project management challenges

Deliverables for PMbuddy Mentoring – Advance:

1. One-on-one session with your mentor
2. Guidance on day-to-day job activities
3. Suggestions on required certifications
4. Mentoring for certification exam preparation
5. Help to locate relevant job-aids and reference publications
6. Recommendations for appropriate training / workshops to enhance your productivity
7. If required, your mentor might suggest to take up some volunteering assignment to enhance your learning curve
8. Your mentor may act as a devil?s advocate some time

You can choose to start with a 10 minutes? sneak peek session with one of our expert mentors. This quick talk with the mentor will help you decide the duration of mentoring you would require. You also have an option to take this sneak peek session from different vendors on our portal. You can then decide which one will be appropriate for you. Based on that comparison, you can decide to buy the required sessions for 2 or 5 hours. You can also buy the add-on sessions as and when required.

Each one-hour session can be taken in one go or can be split into multiple sessions based on the mentor’s recommendation. The sessions can be in-person or virtual (using phone / skype etc.).

Disclaimer: Existing PMI certification holders can claim PDUs under Education (Informal Learning) category. 1 PDU for every hour of interaction can be claimed.
