Job Description
Reporting to Plant Manager – Moulding Responsible for Maximum Up – Time of Machineries by proper Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance & planned Preventive Maintenance.
Responsible for attending Process Issues faced during Production & ensuring Minimum downtime.
Responsible for Co ordinating with Tool Maintenance for any issues faced regarding Moulds / Press Tools etc. Responsible for assigning work on daily basis to down line people.
Responsible to Maintain Critical Spares.
Responsible for Budgeting of Machine Spares/ Consumables etc.
Responsible to ensure the Department functions on the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 1949:2016
Responsible for Submitting Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS reports to the Plant Manager.
Responsible for ensuring timely closure of Job cards on daily basis. Knowledge of trouble shooting issues regarding Mechanical, Hydraulic & Electronics related to Tool Room & Moulding Machines.
