Roles & Responsibilities of QA HOD –

1 Reporting to MD

2 Responsible to achieve Quality Related Objectives.

3 Responsible for Daily Monitoring & Effective functioning of QA Department – Inward, Inprocess, Final, PDI & QMS Documentation

4 Responsible for Co Ordination during Certification / Customer Audit between Auditor & Various Departments

5 Responsible for ensuring that the Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 1949:2016 in the company.

6 Responsible for attending all sort of rejections & ensure CAPA by interacting with Customers / Suppliers.

7 Develop Quality Assurance Plans.

8 Responsible to submit MIS Data to Management

9 Ensuring 5’S’ and Good Manufacturing Processes in the shop floor.

10 Responsible for ensuring Daily / Weekly / Monthly Dashboard reports etc., are submitted to customers well within time.

11 Responsible for ensuring the customer specific requirements like reports, documents etc are submitted on time.

12 Responsible to educate the team regarding Customer requirements and ensure that the team performs accordingly.

13 Responsible for Involving in Development of new parts, Lead the CFT in stabilizing the process, Preparing the documents as per the guidelines of IATF and ensure effective hand over to Production Department. Authority 1 Authorized to Audit all departments and ensure the functioning is as per the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 1949:2016, Authorized to Approve all Supplier, Customer & QMS related Documents, Authorized to hold dispatch during Non Conformance.
