Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Manager / PMO on daily activities
  • Develop templates for mandatory documents that facilitate project tracking, execution and communication to stake holders
  • Responsible in coordination and management of projects
  • Keeping track of and report on project progress and status
  • Communication to Internal and external stake holders on project status/reports and timelines
Skill set required:
  • Prior experience in PMO role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project management software
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
