Business Development (Demand Gen)

Location: Hyderabad or Mumbai

Job Description: The Demand Generation resource is responsible for
developing, executing and measuring all lead generation campaigns for the
Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industry and to drive qualified leads
into the pipeline, focuses on brand awareness and product education at the top
of the funnel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation.
  • Outbound cold calling / follow-up calling.
  • Send out cold emails / follow-up emails.
  • Interact with Decision Makers (CxO’s, VP, HoD etc.).
  • Identify relevant prospective customer using DG tools and resources.
  • Lead Nurturing and regular follow-ups through calling and emailing.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone
    canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and
    networking on SMB and Key Accounts.
  • Collecting data of companies through online sources.
  • Outbound Process.
  • Fresher/Experience, graduate/undergraduate can apply.
  • Skills Required: Fresher will also do but with excellent communication
    skills and positive attitude.
  • Preferably one who has worked for the BFSI industry.
  • Required Good Communication Skill.
  • Good interpersonal skills and email writing skills.
  • Active Listener.
  • Required Good Convincing Skill.
  • Drive for results
