Job Description

Digital Agile Project Manager : – Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. – Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. Job Description : –
  • Delivery Management of large digital transformation programs
  • Coach and mentor the team
  • People Management
  • Sales/Presales devised strategies to mine the existing accounts and onboarding of new clients
  • Experience in Digital technologies and domain
  • Create materials and videos/ case studies to be used in sales activities
  • Act as a link between Sales/Customers and Product team
  • Work actively with Product team on improving the products and functionalities
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive content repositor
  • Effectively manage multiple content projects across industries and regions; Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Meets deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval
  • Analyse the market trends and discover new opportunities for growt
  • Report on project results; Seek & provide constructive feedback
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends in the BPM sector
  • Team Management: May manage junior resources
  • Experience & Expertise : –
  • Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Agile Project Manager
  • Previous experience in a Customer-facing technical role
  • Very strong delivery management background
  • Good understanding of digital technologies and frameworks
  • Technically sound a Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality compliance
  • Provide guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issues
  • Financials Management dealt with PL of various accounts
  • Digital Experience in execution of large scale digital engagements
  • Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability work as part of a team, both physical and virtual
  • Ability and willingness to work on short deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong listening and storytelling skills
  • Strong communication, client management, people management and stake holder management skills
  • Provide guidance to the team if the team faces any technical issues
