Job Summary: As an Associate Field Engineer in the Field Engineering function for the Electrical and Electronics domain, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of electrical and electronic systems at client sites. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of equipment and systems in the field. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical and electronic engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct field inspections and tests to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Document field activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all field activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in field engineering.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in field engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles and field processes.
• Proficiency in using field equipment and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
