Job Summary: As an Associate Systems Engineer in the Systems Engineering function for the Electrical and Electronics domain, you will assist in the design, development, integration, and testing of complex electrical and electronic systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong foundation in systems engineering principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of electrical and electronic systems, including requirements analysis, system architecture, and detailed design.
• Conduct system integration and testing to ensure systems meet performance and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain and update system design databases and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of systems engineering standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in systems engineering.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of systems engineering principles and processes.
• Proficiency in using design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
