Role Overview:
The Bilingual Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support and facilitating effective communication between the company and its diverse client base. This position demands high proficiency in English and Hindi, alongside a strong academic background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through various channels, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize proficiency in English (V6) and Hindi (V5) to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage customer-related documentation and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Hindi.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support customer needs, contributing to the overall success of the support function.
Requirements:
• Language Skills:
• English: V6 level (Written and Spoken)
• Hindi: V5 level (Written and Spoken)
• Education: Must be a graduate from a recognized university. Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.
• Location: Candidates must have previously worked, lived in, or be willing to work and live in the vicinity of the Hi-tech city area, Hyderabad.
