Job Title CCTV Installation Engineer (Associate Level)
About the Role :
We are looking for skilled and motivated CCTV Installation Engineers to join our IT Infrastructure and Systems team within the Security/Protection industry. This full-time position is based across various locations in Maharashtra. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV surveillance systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred, though freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Installation & Configuration - Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related surveillance equipment. - Ensure proper cabling, wiring, and connections for CCTV systems. - Integrate CCTV systems with access control, alarm systems, and networking devices. Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Perform routine maintenance and repair of CCTV hardware and software issues. - Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV solutions based on client needs. - Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage. Documentation & Travel - Document installation details, configurations, and service records accurately. - Travel across Maharashtra for on-site installations and client support.

Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of CCTV systems including Analog, IP, HD, and PTZ cameras. - Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR setup and configuration. - Proficient in cabling techniques (coaxial, Cat5/6), crimping, and termination. - Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, routers, switches, and port forwarding. - Ability to configure remote viewing via mobile apps and web platforms. - Familiarity with surveillance software, storage management, and power supply systems (UPS, electrical connections). - Understanding of safety standards during installation.

Soft Skills - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. - Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra. Qualifications - ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor-s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related fields. - Certifications in CCTV installation or networking are advantageous. - Experience range: 0 to 3 years; freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
