Job Title Computer Hardware Engineer (Associate Level)

About the Role : We are seeking motivated and skilled Computer Hardware Engineers to join our IT Infrastructure and Systems team within the computer software industry. This full-time position is based anywhere in Maharashtra. The role focuses on assembling, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred; however, freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Hardware Assembly and Maintenance - Assemble, install, and configure computer systems, servers, and peripherals - Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and hardware replacements - Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and hardware components Troubleshooting and Support - Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across desktops, laptops, servers, and networking devices - Provide on-site technical support to clients throughout Maharashtra - Collaborate with software and IT support teams to address cross-functional problems Documentation and Reporting - Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations accurately - Maintain records of hardware inventory and maintenance activities

Key Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices) - Hands-on experience with assembling and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and servers - Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, IP configuration) - Proficiency in operating system installation (Windows/Linux) and BIOS/UEFI configuration - Familiarity with system backups, formatting, recovery, and security protocols - Experience with diagnostic tools and hardware testing equipment

Soft Skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Effective communication skills for client and team interactions - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Customer-focused approach with patience and professionalism - Strong time management and multitasking capabilities - Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for on-site support Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor-s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or basic CCNA are advantageous - Experience range: 0 to 2 years
