About the Role: The Finance Executive Associate is an entry-level position within the Finance and Accounts function, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: Routine Execution - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports - Assist in budgeting and forecasting data collection - Track expenses, revenues, and financial transactions - Maintain organized financial records and documentation - Support data entry and validation activities Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams for financial data collection - Assist during monthly closing processes - Follow up with departments for budget inputs and approvals - Share reports and updates with relevant stakeholders Problem-Solving - Identify discrepancies in financial data or reports - Validate data accuracy from multiple sources - Support analysis of financial trends and variances - Suggest process improvements for reporting and tracking Role Growth - Learn core financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Develop analytical and business interpretation skills - Build capabilities in financial modeling and reporting - Progress from reporting support to analytical roles

Skills & Qualifications: - Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles - Proficiency in Excel (formulas, basic analysis, reporting) - Ability to work with financial data and numbers - Understanding of financial reports at a basic level - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Good communication and coordination skills - Professional integrity and willingness to learn Special Requirements: - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (mandatory) - Exposure to accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous - Ability to meet deadlines and handle structured tasks - Eagerness to grow within the finance domain - Focus on accuracy, data reliability, and compliance - After 3–6 months of training, candidates should be able to prepare basic reports independently, handle financial data accurately, and support routine activities with minimal supervision This role offers a salary budget in INR Lakhs, with career progression pathways to roles such as Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager.
