About the Role The Go-To-Market Lead will drive BEEM-s market expansion and customer acquisition strategy across Maharashtra, focusing on Mumbai and other key cities. This role involves developing and executing data-driven GTM plans to identify high-potential markets, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and enhance pricing, campaigns, and partnerships to meet business growth targets. The incumbent will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth market rollouts, superior customer experiences, and achievement of conversion, CAC, and ROI goals through continuous innovation and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities Market Strategy & Planning - Develop and maintain BEEM-s GTM playbook for new state and city launches. - Conduct market sizing and segmentation to identify high-potential cities, pincodes, and customer clusters. - Evaluate and prioritize markets using custom frameworks. - Set and achieve state-wise targets for conversion, CAC, and ROI. Funnel & Customer Acquisition - Design and manage the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel from lead generation to conversion. - Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to optimize conversion rates and reduce CPL/CAC. - Develop targeted campaigns segmented by customer profiles. - Lead testing and implementation of new acquisition channels including influencer collaborations, offline activations, affiliate and referral programs. Pricing, Offers & GTM Innovation - Define pricing and positioning strategies tailored to each market. - Partner with credit providers to integrate finance workflows into the digital customer journey. - Continuously refine BEEM-s value proposition, messaging, and pricing across segments. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align microsite journeys, CRM qualification logic, and app launches with market rollouts in coordination with Product and Tech teams. - Work with Operations to ensure installation readiness and vendor alignment prior to launch. - Collaborate with Brand & Marketing teams on messaging, outreach, and brand storytelling. Analytics & Performance - Monitor and report city-level funnel performance, conversion rates, and ROI metrics. - Develop and maintain GTM dashboards tracking lead velocity, CPL, CAC, and conversions. - Use data insights to optimize market expansion strategies, advertising budgets, and partner investments. - Present weekly GTM performance insights and scaling recommendations to leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications - 6 to 10 years of experience in Go-To-Market, Growth, or Category Management roles. - Experience in solar, consumer tech, e-commerce, EV, or fintech sectors preferred. - Proven success in launching products or categories across multiple states or cities. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Familiarity with digital acquisition, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, MoEngage, Appsflyer, Gallabox). - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. - Understanding of consumer finance, subsidy workflows, and installer networks is a plus.
