About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled candidates to join our Hardware & Network Engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and entry-level professionals who are interested in computer hardware, networking, IT infrastructure, and technical support.

The selected candidates will work on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of computer systems and network infrastructure. Candidates should be willing to learn, travel for client support activities, and work in a dynamic technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Support & Maintenance
Assemble, install, and configure desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals
Install operating systems, drivers, and hardware components
Perform hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and servers
Support system formatting, backup, recovery, and security practices
Network Engineering Support
Assist in the setup and maintenance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
Configure and monitor basic network infrastructure
Support network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
Assist in implementing network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs
Monitor network performance and recommend improvements
Technical Support & Documentation
Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
Coordinate with senior engineers and IT teams for issue resolution
Maintain records of hardware inventory, network configurations, and support activities
Prepare technical documentation and update service reports
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and IP configuration
Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
Knowledge of hardware components such as RAM, processors, motherboards, and storage devices
Basic understanding of network security and troubleshooting
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility Criteria:
BSc / BCA in:
Computer Engineering
Information Technology
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Hardware & Networking courses are an added advantage
Basic knowledge of networking tools and diagnostic utilities
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for onsite support activities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
