We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team in the Aviation sector.

This role involves supporting the IT Manager with a variety of tasks, including debugging issues within our ERP system (Quantum), assisting in report creation using Power BI and Excel, and performing data clean-up to maintain data integrity across systems.

Additionally, the Junior Data Analyst will assist in testing new processes and functionality in Quantum to support continuous improvement and ensure smooth implementation of system updates. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

His/her duties and responsibilities include :

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the IT Manager in identifying and resolving ERP (Quantum) system issues.

- Prepare and manage data-driven reports using PowerBI and Excel.

- Execute data validation and clean-up to ensure accurate and reliable information across platforms.

- Test and evaluate new processes and functionalities in Quantum, providing feedback and troubleshooting issues during implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Minimum Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Aviation Management, or a related field with minimum of 2+ years of experience.

2. Professional certifications in data analysis, aviation maintenance, or ERP systems area plus.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and basic data analysis techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.

- Prior experience or internship in data analytics or IT support is a plus
