Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level position is designed for fresh B.Com graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world financial challenges and gain invaluable experience in the corporate finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Analysis:
o Assist in analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
o Conduct ratio analysis to evaluate the company's financial health.
o Support senior analysts in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Data Management:
o Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources.
o Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
o Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial data and insights.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
o Track budget performance and identify variances.
o Provide support in financial planning processes.
• Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
o Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
o Prepare internal reports for management review.
• Support Functions:
o Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze data.
o Provide administrative support to the finance team.
o Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
