We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support via calls, emails, and tickets, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, BMS Controllers, and Refrigeration systems, along with a knack for data analysis and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
Follow established SOPs to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, Electrical, BMS, and Refrigeration systems.
Perform BMS & HVAC commissioning, programming PLC & DCS, and managing Energy Meter/Chiller operations.
Work with sequences of operations for HVAC assets, including hot water systems, chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Monitor and analyze the performance of HVAC assets and operations, fine-tuning sequences of operations to enhance efficiency.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear and concise information sharing.
Maintain documentation of technical issues, solutions, and best practices.

Preferred Competencies:
Intermediate knowledge of HVAC, Electrical systems, BMS Controllers, and Refrigeration systems.
Experience with BMS & HVAC commissioning.
Proficiency in PLC & DCS programming.
Familiarity with Energy Meter/Chiller operations.
Ability to work with and optimize sequences of operations for various HVAC assets.
Strong data analysis skills and fundamental knowledge of Excel.
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently following SOPs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BE/B-Tech) in Electrical, EEE, E&C, Instrumentation and Controls, Environmental, or Mechanical engineering.
Relevant work experience in HVAC, Electrical, BMS, and Refrigeration systems is preferred.
