Role Overview:
The Junior Project Manager - Solutioning plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end projects related to Digital Transformation solutions. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with the sales function to understand customer requirements, refining these requirements in consultation with customers, formulating comprehensive solutions, planning project execution for solution development, assembling and leading cross-functional project teams, and ensuring a seamless handover of developed solutions to the operations team for deployment and adoption. This role encompasses aspects of business analysis, software architecture, technical project management, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and refinement of customer requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

2. Solution Formulation:
- Utilize business analysis techniques to create comprehensive and innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical experts and architects to design and architect software solutions.

3. Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for solution development and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

4. Team Building and Management:
- Assemble project teams, including developers, testers, and other relevant specialists.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing team productivity.

5. Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the technical aspects of solution development, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture and best practices.
- Monitor progress, quality, and technical challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes in requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

7. Quality Assurance:
- Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the developed solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations.

8. Deployment and Adoption Handover:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for solution deployment and adoption.
- Provide necessary documentation and training materials to facilitate successful adoption.

9. Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate project outcomes and performance to identify areas for improvement in processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Implement lessons learned to enhance future project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
- Proven experience in project management, especially in digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software architecture principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
