*Job Title: Junior RPA Developer (UiPath Specialist)
*Introduction:*
As a Junior RPA Developer specializing in UiPath, Your expertise in UiPath will drive the transformation of business processes into automated, cost-effective systems that operate across various environments.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, ensuring high reliability, efficiency, and user-centric outcomes.
- Develop scalable and secure automation processes while adhering to best practices in error handling and logging.
- Manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, including planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment, using UiPath tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
- Maintain and optimize existing RPA implementations, ensuring their adaptability to changing business needs.
- Provide technical guidance in the strategic development of RPA initiatives, from concept through implementation.
- Prepare detailed documentation including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and system architecture diagrams.
- Monitor RPA processes and perform regular audits to ensure performance efficiency and compliance.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 1 years focused on UiPath.
- Advanced certification in UiPath required (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Solution Architect, etc.).
- Strong understanding of RPA development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate) is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java is desirable.
- Experience with AI and machine learning integration into RPA solutions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
