QUALIFICATIONS:
B.E., B.Tech. M.E, M. Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or PG in Tool /Product engineering
EXPERIENCE:
• 5-8 years of experience in Engineering Design of Interior Trims (Interior Trims Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door trims, Console, Pillar trims, Headliner, Carpet etc.)
• Experience of working on Ford or other OEM projects
SKILLS:
• Expert in Catia V5 & Teamcenter
• Must have good understanding of plastic part design methodology
• Must have relevant experience in Master Sections and Concept creation
• Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes
• Should know DFM & DFA
• Excellent communication & leadership skill
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for CAD design of Automotive plastic components considering functional, tooling and production requirements
• Lead a team of 4-5 members, technically ensuring quality and meeting the timeline requirements of the project.
