Job Title: Maintenance Manager - Maintenance Management in Discrete Manufacturing

About the Role: The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations within a discrete manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on CNC machines and heat treatment equipment. The role requires planning and executing scheduled maintenance, both preventive and predictive, and ensuring timely response to equipment breakdowns. The Maintenance Manager will diagnose faults and lead efforts to fix them, while managing and maintaining critical spares for all heat treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for CNC machines and heat treatment equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and within the set timelines.

2. Breakdown Response and Fault Diagnosis:
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose faults in heat treatment equipment and lead repair efforts to restore functionality.

3. Spare Parts Management:
- Manage and maintain an inventory of critical spares for all heat treatment equipment.
- Ensure availability of necessary parts to prevent prolonged equipment downtime.

4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing company.
- Strong expertise in CNC machines and heat treatment equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain critical spares inventory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Special Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in maintenance management or related fields are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
