Project Manager - Industrial Automation
Location - Pune Experience - 7-12 Years

Domain - Industrial Automation
Responsibilities : - Lead projects focusing on developing IIOT solutions and digital transformation initiatives for applications such as Smart Buildings, Factory 4.0, and Lubrication Management. - Collaborate with stakeholders within the industrial sector to gather, analyze, and document project requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet industry specific needs. - Implement change management strategies, addressing industry specific challenges and resistance, and ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. - Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor and report on project progress. - Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. - Conduct post project evaluations, identifying learnings and areas for improvement in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. -
Several years of experience in managing projects in Industrial Automation, IIOT, or related areas. - Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of the industrial sector. - Familiarity with change management processes and their application in industrial and technological environments. - Proficiency in industry specific project management tools and technologies.
