This role supports customer purchases at large retail stores such as DMART and Reliance Mart within the FMCG/CPG manufacturing sector. The Retail Associate will be responsible for stock arrangement, stock auditing, assisting customers through the billing process, and ensuring all purchase formalities are completed efficiently. This position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience looking to develop their skills in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Support - Assist customers with product selection and inquiries - Ensure smooth billing and payment processes - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience Stock Management - Arrange and organize stock on shelves and storage areas - Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy - Coordinate with store management to replenish stock as needed Operational Duties - Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store environment - Support other retail associates and management as required Key Skills & Qualifications - 0 to 2 years of experience in retail or related customer-facing roles - Basic knowledge of retail software and billing systems - Strong analytical skills for stock management and auditing - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Special Requirements - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Salary Budget: INR 2 Lakhs per annum - Familiarity with FMCG/CPG retail operations is preferred but not mandatory
