As a Senior HR Business Partner, your mission is to strategically support senior leadership and department heads, offering expert guidance in HR areas like talent management, performance development, and employee relations to improve the organization's performance and culture. Your role involves collaborating and implementing innovative HR strategies

Action:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and align HR strategies with business goals.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.

- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

- Conduct workforce analysis to identify skill gaps and develop plans for talent development and succession planning.

- Oversee and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Lead and support HR projects to drive continuous improvement.
