Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring and talent operations. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about connecting talent with the right opportunities. The role involves partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, creating job postings, screening candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The position is remote, full-time, and suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Operations: - Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements. - Create and publish clear, detailed job postings. - Validate job requirements with clients prior to posting. - Source and screen candidates from internal platforms and external channels. - Shortlist candidates and match them to suitable job opportunities. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists. - Track candidate progress throughout the hiring pipeline. - Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients. Research & Strategy Support: - Research and define career paths across various industries and functions. - Develop and refine job descriptions aligned with market needs. - Collaborate with organizations to validate job descriptions and skill expectations. - Conduct surveys with professionals on career planning trends. - Gather insights from employers regarding hiring challenges. - Share feedback with platform development teams to enhance features and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor-s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Good understanding of job descriptions and hiring processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously. - Strong organizational and coordination abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. - Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms (preferred). - Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or job portals (preferred). - Basic knowledge of various industries and job functions.

Special Requirements: - Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Overall experience of 0 to 2 years. - Salary budget: INR Lakhs. - Location: Remote (Other state, Other city).
