We are actively seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Specialist with approximately 2+ years of industry experience, specifically targeting professionals. As a team member in our HR RPO team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives to support client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning:

Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to anticipate and address current and future staffing needs.
End-to-End Recruitment:

Oversee and optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand complex staffing requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Networking:

Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Cultivate and manage relationships with potential candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:

Lead and guide recruitment teams in conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Implement innovative selection methodologies to identify the best-fit candidates.
Employer Branding:

Drive initiatives to enhance and promote the organization's employer brand.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent and enhance the company's reputation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize HRIS and advanced analytics tools for recruitment data analysis.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on recruitment metrics to enhance overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
Skills:

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS for recruitment processes.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing technologies and strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
